POSITION INFO:

Remuneration: R----- CTC

Absolutely Essential Requirements:

Legal degree or CIS
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Computer literate.
Top class and intimate knowledge of the King™ Code and Companies Act.

Responsibilities include:

Providing weekly technical information and guidance to members.
Producing best practice guides
Developing monthly technical newsletters containing relevant media articles.
Organising webinars and seminars on relevant topics of interest to members and students.
Responding to in house training requests by corporates..
Providing advice to various board committees
Monitoring corporate governance-related news through the media.
Responding to technical enquiries from members.
Writing legal articles for magazines and the media.
Keeping abreast of developments in the corporate governance field in order to keep the Institute informed.
Drafting submissions on legislation and corporate governance matters to regulatory bodies.
Drafting contracts and committee terms of reference.
