JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a dynamic, innovative and futuristic financial solutions group, is looking for a Key Individual to join their FIS Compliance Team. This individual must have working knowledge and experience in FSCA/FAIS in the micro-lending, insurance or financial services industry. Knowledge and experience of NCA, POPI and AML are an added advantage.

Duties:
  • Manage FAIS-related and sales activities
  • Monitor internal FAIS programs and policies
  • Draft and maintain compliance trackers
  • Advise on compliance risks

Education & Experience:
  • RE1 & RE5 registered Key Individual – NOT NEGOTIABLE
  • Compliance qualification – advantageous
