Key Accounts Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
Do you have experience managing Key Accounts within a SERVICE RELATED Industry in the Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas?
Excellent opportunity for an Eastern Cape Sales & Key Accounts Consultant  responsible for the generation of sales & maintenance of Key Account relationships.
Experience in the Commercial Vehicle industry with a strong database will be advantageous.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric and experience in a service-related industry, additionally studies highly advantageous

Experiece in the Light Commercial Vehicle or Heavey Commercial Vehicle industry with a strong database advantageous

Valid drivers license, clear credit and criminal record ESSENTIAL

A high command of the English language with very good communication and written skills

Very well presented at all times 

Ability to travel as required by the company

Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and a quick learner for new programmes

Disciplined, innovative and resourceful with an analytical thought process

DUTIES:

Provide product sales, training and first level technical support to Key Account Customers

Achieve sales targets 

Compile and forward quotations, proposals and information packs required by your allocated Key account customers

Procure relationships with Fleet owners, Corporate Businesses, Insurance brokers, Underwriting managers, Dealerships in line with company objectives

Attend meetings as per visit schedule - monthly, bi-monthly, quartely, annually

Ensure allocated customers have agreed to any non-standard service levels in writing with completed SLA agreements

Provide customer facing assistance as required by Management and support in the process for renewing customer contacts

Minute taking at meetings and ensure they are timeously uploaded to the CRM system

Compile training roster/plan for all allocated Key Accounts customers

Interact professionally with customers in person and telephonically

Under the customers needs and provide helpful solutions

Answer queries relating to products and service, including but not limited to sales, product, installations, reports, technical, billing etc.

Direct queries to relevant departments to solve

Compilation of sales reports as required by the region

SALARY:         R25000, plus Company Car, plus Medical Aid and Incentives based on performance
