6 month fixed term contract, based on performance a permanent contract will be available

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm + standby available on mobile device

Qualifications / Requirements:

Our valued client is seeking a Retail Representative to look after their current client base.

• To start immediately
• Prepared to travel (License Code B required)
• Able to work under pressure and able to address multiple calls simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
• Self-motivated and able to work under general supervision, with close attention to detail
• Good team player as the nature of the role requires comfortable interaction and liaison with management, co-workers and clients
• Neatness in work essential
• Results driven, positive and professional disposition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of Grade 12
• Tertiary Diploma / certified will be advantageous

Key Performance Areas:

• Maintain a relationship with each site and ensure that the operator is adhering to his agreements
• Conduct asset audits and all cards for EC retailers, report discrepancies to Legal Department and Department heads
• Report movement of assets/equipment
• Collect the asset audits and call cards from Reps in other provinces, compiling data into calculator spreadsheet, reporting discrepancies to Legal Department, Department Heads
• Maintain sales volumes
• Travel to sites from time to time
• Maintain good customer relationships and assist with queries
• Populate monthly sales volume reports
• Populate data, focusing on the Retailers not stocking specific product range
• Participate in the launch of new product range
• Submit monthly sales volume reports to Department Head
