POSITION INFO:

Global organisation is looking for a Key Accounts Manager for their Retail division! Responsibilities include: Calls on a variety of customers and builds strong business relationships in order to list new retail products and achieve revenue growth targets. Ensure all systems and processes are executed such that service levels are exemplary and that payments are received timeously. Uses initiative to solve problems and effectively prioritises tasks to support the efficient economic performance of the company.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

•          Provides input for annual Budget, PF, Business plan, EOR’s and presentations

•          Negotiate National & Regional Trading Terms within designated territory/Customer base

•          Negotiate Price increases and promotional deals, promo grids, Adhoc spend as per customer base

•          Listing of New Retail products with Buyers in all categories within designated territory

•          Manage 3rd party Sales agent as per Sales Agent SLA/scorecard

•          Liaise with manufacturing/Quality control to resolve related customer complaints

•          Assists department with Financial pack, comments & review

•          Responsible for ensuring debtors book performance is to standard.

•          Retail Trade visits with FB/Sales agent

•          Identifies new categories/markets for growth opportunities

•          Liaises with Manufacturing, Planning for Forecast sales
