SUMMARY:
To manage all operational activities relating to the cleaning contract held by the company in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban Data Centres, to provide support for the contracted teams

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12/NQF 3
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position/ operational experience
• Business or Operations Management (NQF 4) qualification will be advantageous
• Excellent Management skills
• Microsoft office packages proficiency
• Health and Safety qualifications required
• Knowledge and working experience on SO 14001:2014 advantageous
• Data Centre or Hospital contract cleaning at the senior management level required
• Code 8 Drivers License with 5 years of driving experience
Duties and responsibilities
• Client Relations Management
• Staff / Human Resources Management
• Health and Safety Management
• Management and Monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures
• Equipment, Chemicals, and Materials Control
• Administration and records management
• Finance and Budget management
• Asset management
• Account and business management
• Training and Development of Staff
• Performance Management of all levels of personnel
• Weekly and monthly reporting to clients and Management
• Do site inspections at any given time and report
• Any other reasonable instruction that may be requested by management from time to time.
