Key Account Manager

SUMMARY:
Seeking experienced Key Account Manager with experience in the food and beverage sector

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a market leader in the meat and seafoods production and distribution, seeks to employ a Key Account  Manager, who is qualified and skilled in business development and key account retention, with preference to meats, seafood and related products.  

This role requires a vibrant, motivating negotiator, who has both staff and supplier management excellence experience in the perishable foods sector.

• You will have a diploma in Sales and Marketing, coupled with 5-10 plus years experience in managing a fast paced and high pressure portfolio, with key accounts in the retail chain, hospitality and restaurant sectors, developing strategies to resin customers and develop business opportunities

• You will have solid and proven experience in achieving targets, resolving any problems or quality issues for customers and be able to provide analytical reporting for mamagement

• You will have experience in SAP, as well as advanced proficiency in Advanced Excel

• You will have a proven track record in business development, effective problem solving, working under pressure and a solid understanding of the perishable foods sector and working within a cross-functional team to ensure profitability

• You will be high energy, able to multi-task and ensure procedures and policies are maintain for the highest quality product delivery and food safety.  

• You will have a clear criminal and credit history, as well as being able to provide contactable references to motivate your application.
