SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for an Engineering and Manufacturing Key Account Consultant based in Centurion. Ideally we would prefer an Engineering recruiter who has been in recruitment for 5 years or longer. Perm and or Blue Collar TES knowledge is imperative.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric (NQF level 4) or relevant qualification
  • Tertiary qualification would be advantages
  • Minimum 10 years solution sales experience of which at least 5 years must be providing staffing services to the technical / manufacturing industry (TES blue collar or Perm Recruitment)
  • Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act
  • New Business Development and Operations Management experience within relevant industries (Petrochemical, Mining, Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG etc)
  • Successful candidates must have a proven network of clients within their respective regions
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years Recruitment experience (on the desk experience)
  • Must have worked as a 360 recruiter
  • Cold calling, warm calling and site visit experience will be a must
  • Must have sourced within a niche area i.e. artisans, automation etc.
  • Strategic high-volume recruitment / sourcing project implementation and execution skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of skills required for successful and profitable bulk projects execution, ensuring competitive advantage and order secured
  • Proven sales track record, dealing directly with critical stakeholders
  • Computer literate - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
  • Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
KPAs:
  • Client Relationship Management, building on existing relationships that will ensure lateral development of business opportunities
  • Ensuring achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly financial targets as set by Regional Sales Manager
  • Networking to ensure reliable and sustainable client database
  • Cold calling / Lead generation in line with set targets
  • Meeting with clients on a daily basis in line with set targets
  • Providing customer service to ensure repeat business opportunities
  • Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently and timeously
  • Ability to negotiate rates / service fees
  • Prepare and present quotations to clients and follow up to close deals
  • Conduct detailed research on clients prior to meetings to optimise on opportunity and networking
  • Maintain exceptional on-site delivery
