Requirements:
- A relevant Diploma or Degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, and Business Analysis)
- 2-4 years' experience in a business analysis role
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Proven experience with UML, flowcharting tools, and spec documentation
- Proven experience working with SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
