What You’ll Be Up To:

• Supporting key business platforms and making sure that everything works like it should (yes, that includes turning it off and on again but also way more)
• Analyzing system issues and opportunities like a digital detective
• Helping with platform rollouts, upgrades, and testing
• Working with cross-functional teams who speak business and tech

• A love for tech and a hunger to learn
• Basic knowledge of platforms, systems, or software support
• A can-do attitude and decent troubleshooting instincts
• Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in scripting, integrations, or have a favourite helpdesk GIF
