Junior to Intermediate Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
Junior to Intermediate Business Analyst required with immediate effect for one year with our client. Three to five (3-5) years experience required. Proficiency in all BA tools and competencies non-negotiable.

POSITION INFO:

A full time Business Analyst (BA)is required to map the requirements for a Consent management solution as well as the design of a centralized forms management capability within AF.

The BA would be responsible for the following tasks:

•                  Analysis on the current forms landscape to identify data components for optimization;

 •                  BIDAT future state definition for a centralized forms management capability, will include:

1.      Roles and responsibilities;

2.      Standards and controls;

3.      Operating procedures;

4.      Reporting requirements.

•                  Identify all forms in AF with relevant stakeholders and form owners;

•                  Identify possible tech solutions for consent management;

•                  Complete a gap assessment against the future state for the centralized Forms management capability as well as the Consent management capability;

•                  The gap assessment will include:

1.      Process;

2.      Roles and responsibilities;

3.      Standards and controls;

4.      Operating procedures;

5.      Reporting;

6.      Data;

7.      Tech.

•                  Mitigating actions to close gaps for the near and long term to be defined;

•                  Submit business cases and BRD’s where applicable.
