To operate the preparation process with maximum effectiveness, complying with policies, procedures and standards consistently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min Requirements:

  • Matric

  • Engineering certificate (N1-N6) preferably in Fitting, Mechanical or Electrical

  • 1 year experience needed in a food manufacturing/processing/packaging plant

  • Must be willing to start at the bottom and go through training

  • Knowledge of the work operating procedure for the preparation area

  • Knowledge of the process, product, packaging requirements, raw materials, quality, maintenance, cleaning, health & safety procedures, general manufacturing practices within the dairy environment.

  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, SHEQ, CIP and MDTW.

  • Technically inclined

  • Physically fit and healthy
