JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at law firm a must
Experience in Transfers and/or Bond Registrations a must (ABSA / FNB Bonds, STDB Developments etc.)
Experience in Bond Cancellations advantageous (ABSA / FNB)
Independently functional from receipt of instruction to finalization
Computer literate in E4
Friendly, energetic and creative
Computer literate in Ghost Convey
Stable employment record
Contactable references
To start as soon as possible

Duties:

Drafting of Bond Registration documents
Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents
Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office
General conveyancing duties
