JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

  • Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at law firm a must
  • Experience in Transfers and/or Bond Registrations a must (ABSA / FNB Bonds, STDB Developments etc.)
  • Experience in Bond Cancellations advantageous (ABSA / FNB)
  • Independently functional from receipt of instruction to finalization
  • Computer literate in E4
  • Friendly, energetic and creative
  • Computer literate in Ghost Convey
  • Stable employment record
  • Contactable references
  • To start as soon as possible

Duties:

  • Drafting of Bond Registration documents
  • Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents
  • Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office
  • General conveyancing duties
