Minimum Requirements:

Professional and presentable female

Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

Recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to Bond Registrations a must (any bank)
Computer literate in Ghost Convey
Stable employment record
Contactable references
To start as soon as possible
Must reside in or near Northcliff

Duties:

Drafting of Bond Registration documents
Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents
Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office
General conveyancing duties
