Minimum Requirements:

  • Professional and presentable female

Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

  • Recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to Bond Registrations a must (any bank)
  • Computer literate in Ghost Convey
  • Stable employment record
  • Contactable references
  • To start as soon as possible
  • Must reside in or near Northcliff

Duties:

  • Drafting of Bond Registration documents
  • Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents
  • Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office
  • General conveyancing duties
