Junior Wet Works Foreman

POSITION INFO:

1. Assist site manager with construction activities in the foundation and brick work phase of the development. Work together with brickwork subcontractor to accomplish the following:
2. Foundation dug out
3. Pour concrete
4. Build foundation walls
5. Backfill surface bed
6. Lay surface bed plastic and mesh
7. Chalk lines set up on top of surface bed
8. Brick work on ground
9. First floor slab placed
10. Chalk lines set out on top of slab
11. Brickwork first floor done
