POSITION INFO:

A leading Property company is looking for a Junior Town Planner to join their team for a fixed period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will be immediately available.

Education:

  • Town Planning Diploma or Degree

Skills/Experience required:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in property industry
  • Experience with development planning, site acquisition, land management environment, site maintenance / implementation

Job Description:

  • Negotiating new ground leases
  • General administrationÂ
  • Obtaining permit approvals
  • Supervision of subcontractors
  • Implementation of related projects
  • Acquire sites for allocated areas and meet all site acquisition targets
