SUMMARY:
The Technical Specialist will spend most of their time in-office analysing performance data from approximately 1,500 water machines and filters across the client base.

On a day-to-day basis, they will identify trends, recurring faults, and performance issues across the installed base, assess likely root causes, and work closely with technical teams to agree on, communicate, and implement practical solutions that improve overall system performance.

MEP & Site Readiness Drawings
Documentation, CRM Accuracy & Technical Communication
Showroom Technical Performance

SUCCESS METRICS (KPI’s)

Reduction in repeat technical failures.
Faster resolution time for escalated cases.
Accuracy, clarity, and quality of performance reports.
Improved first-time-fix outcomes (in collaboration with Field Service).
Effective identification of systemic issues.
Accuracy and consistency of technical workflows.
Quality of MEP drawings and site readiness guidance.
Contribution to product improvement initiatives.
Accuracy of documentation.

Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering preferred.
