Junior Technical Customer Call Centre Agents
My client in Centurion is urgently looking for two Junior Technical Customer Call centre agents. This dynamic, fast growing telecommunication company is giving the successful candidate an opportunity to join them and grow within the company.
R9 000 per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must have Grade 12 and appropriate IT qualification
Must be able to speak English and AFrikaans fluently
Will be responsible for telephonic customer support, ticketing and handling of emails
Will also help set-up hardware and software and set-up Android and iPhone devices
Must have good communication and customer services skills
Must have mid level technical knowledge
Must have own reliable transport, be energetic and self motivated
