Junior Applications Engineer (Technical Support) - Milnerton, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
My Client in the Software Engineering Industry have a position available for a Junior Applications Engineer (Technical Support) - Montaque Gardens / Milnerton - Western Cape

Minimum requirements:

Experience in CAD, preferably SOLIDWORKS but not limited to
Basic PC Hardware Concepts, Technology, and Installation
Basic PC Troubleshooting
Higher-level Qualification, B.Eng, National Diploma Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical field
Knowledge of CAD, preferably SOLIDWORKS but not limited to
Experience in SOLIDWORKS
Customer services
MCSE: Data Management and Analytics certificate
MCSA: SQL Server 2016 database development certificate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
You will be providing post-sales consultancy services to support SOLIDWORKS, training and technical support within the customer base
