JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Management of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Matching and placing candidates into the right position by ensuring the client and candidates needs are understood and met
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house systems to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full recruitment lifecycle
  • Conducting business development to grow existing client base
  • Market and industry research and due diligence
  • Sourcing, Screening and Capturing candidates for database
  • Type CV’s and Conduct reference checks
  • Interviewing candidates for respective clients
  • Marketing company brand and candidates into the markets
  • Monthly and Weekly reports to the Managers
  • Make cold and warm calls to get new business from client companies.
  • Meet targets set by their consultancy of vacancies taken on, and vacancies filled successfully.
  • Build up the client’s loyalty to our agency by providing a good service.
  • Draft advertising to attract applicants of the right standard on career portals, newspaper and social media.
  • Managing company brand and ad response handling on social Media
  • Keep a record of applicants on the agency’s books in case of other similar vacancies.
  • Building up Talent Pipelines for all current and future vacancies and business requirement/needs
  • Proactive and Bulk recruitment.
  • Interview candidates and check candidates’ references.
  • Provide a shortlist of candidates to the client and if necessary ‘sell’ the candidates chosen.
  • Brief candidates about what to expect at interview and what their role will involve at the client company.
  • Debrief clients and candidates after interview has taken place
  • Arrange and facilitate practical details for interviews to take place.
  • Make suggestions to the client company to help them attract candidates with particular skills or attributes in the future.
  • Do regular check on candidate’s performance after they have been placed in an organisation.
  • Headhunting candidates.
