Consulting engineers requires a junior Civil-Structural engineer for Industrial Projects ; petrochemical plants , Mining plants etc. Company has existing large scale industrial projects of Multi Million Rands.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Junior Civil Structural Engineer 

Secunda

Multi-disciplinary Consulting Civil engineering company based in Pretoria requires a junior Civil engineer who wants to focus on Structural engineering. Must have the goal to become a PR Eng. 
The company has extensive knowledge and experience large-scale industrial projects for Mining, Petrochemical and Industrial or Chemical plants.

Qualification/ Requirements:
  • BEng/BSc Civil Engineering
Experience:
  • Min 0-3 years post qualification design experience
  • Passionate to learn about reinforced concrete and structural steel designs for Chemical plants, Petrochemical Plants, Mining sector
Responsibilities:
  • Reinforced concrete and structural steel designs
  • Will be responsible for design, detailing and drawing of projects on Prokon, AutoCAD, Revit
  • Analysis and design of various structural steel and concrete structures
  • Assist in remedial work of existing structures
