POSITION INFO:

Main purpose of the job:
• Receive, store, and issue materials, and other items from stockroom and warehouse.
• Keep records and compile stock reports.
Prefered Minimum Requirements:
• Receive, store, and issue materials, and other items from stockroom and warehouse.
• Keep records and compile stock reports.
• Preferably Matric (Gr. 12)
• Induction training and training on raw material area, work procedures and instructions.
• Full competence in this role is typically developed over a 6 months – 1 year
Critical knowledge and skills requirements:

Knowledge:
• Understanding of Stores Stock Control & Principles
• Knowledge understanding of stock receiving practices and work practices procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of minimum and maximum stock level quantities and practices

Skills
• Knowledge and understanding of OHS procedures and practices within the stores environment
• Sound mathematical knowledge
• Analytically inclined Understanding of Stores Stock Control & Principles
