Junior Spa Manager/Working Therapist

Salary:  R9 000 per month with commission

Area:  Somerset West – Western Cape
 
Description of position:
We are urgently looking for a Assistant spa manager or Senior Therapist looking to climb the ladder to success in managing a small spa and team.  Note that this is a working manager position, so you will need to perform admin and therapy duties.
 
Requirements:
Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

• Minimum 2 years in a senior therapist or Assistant Manager role
• Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel
• ESP experience an advantage
• Mature and responsible
• Passionate and target driven
• Well-groomed to present the brand
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Own reliable transport
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexible and available to work late shifts.
• Shifts: 8-5, 9-6 & 10-7
• One off weekend per month.
• Market related basic salary, commission and performance incentives.
