Junior Software Support Technician (JB2068)
Alberton
R12 500 – R15 000 per month
Duration: Permanent

Our client is looking for a technically skilled Software Support Technician with great interpersonal skills to join their team, you will be responsible for providing support and installing Time and Attendance, HR, and access control systems. Training on the company’s specific product offering will be provided.

Minimum Requirements:
Any IT NQF level 3 course
Call center course
Proficient in Microsoft office with specific experience n Microsoft Excel
SQL background will give you an advantage
Basic understanding of how to calculate time
Basic wage/salary knowledge
Good understanding of IT communication protocols
Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
Good administration and follow up skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic and remote login support
Assist clients with Software and hardware queries
Provide a professional service to clients to maintain high levels of customer service
Promote new features and modules of company
Advise client on best practice for their organization
New Client Installations
Evaluate client information and scenarios
Establish best practice and advise clients
Conduct software setup
Provide both in person or virtual training
