Junior Service Technician (Mowbray, Cape Town) R7,000 – R7,500 to start ASAP 6 Month Contract

POSITION INFO:

Leading multisensory branding group is seeking a Service Representative / Service Technician to ensure that client systems are working properly and are up-to-date, responsible for all technical related service in the designated region and to ensure client satisfaction and product value.

This position is initially a 6 month contract.

Requirements:

-        Matric

-        Driver’s license and car

-        PC Literate – Word, Excel, etc

-        Ability to wire domestic plug, use basic tools like drill, screw driver, etc

-        Very well presentable and customer facing

-        Excellent communication skills on all levels both verbal and written

-        Confident

-        Excellent problem-solving skills

-        Aptitude to get things done

-        Knowledge of Cape Town and surrounds like road routes, etc

-        A broad layman’s knowledge of switchboards and switchboard communication flows (PABX)

-        At least 2 years of working experience preferably customer / client facing

-        Experience within branding / marketing industry will be advantageous
