Purpose: To take care of the administrative and organisational tasks that make the organisation function.

POSITION INFO:

Junior Secretary

Randburg

Salary: R6000 P/M

Purpose: To take care of the administrative and organisational tasks that make the organisation function.

Duties:

•             Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

•             Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

•             Typing, preparing and collating reports

•             Filing

•             Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

•             Managing databases

•             Prioritising workloads

•             Implementing new procedures and administrative systems

•             Liaising with relevant organisations and clients

•             Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Experience:

•             Grade 12

•             Relevant Diploma

•             3 years’ experience

•             Computer literate

•             Bilingual
