R35 000 - R45 000 CTC per Month

A reputable security company (Corporate) requires an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with strong business development skills to lead the sales team on a national basis.

With an increased focus on guarding, control room monitoring and associated technical services; previous experience specific to these niche areas is required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies with a focus on new business development on a national scale

Negotiating rolling out of new contracts and take full control of the tender process

Management and coaching of the national sales team

Monitoring and management of target VS achieved sales

Produce and present sales reports to EXCO

Requirements:

Grade 12

Relevant tertiary qualification would be preferred

3 + years as a Sales Manager specific to the corporate security industry coupled with a proven track record
