Junior Sales Representative  – Somerset West

Our client a client driven insurance group is seeking to hire a dynamic candidate immediately!

Minimum Requirements

  • Well-spoken confident  candidate
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong ability to source sufficient lead generating opportunities.
  • Offer professional advice to clients on insurance options available.
  • Keep up to date and fully informed on product comparisons with opposition products.
  • Stay abreast with product changes and enhancements.
  • Be compliant in all activities in accordance with regulations and standards of all Insurance regulations and professional guidelines and ethics.
  • Maintain appropriate skills and knowledge to provide specialist, professional advice in all relevant business areas.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Candidate must have his own transport (CAR) and licence
  • Extensive knowledge of the Short-Term Insurance Industry
  • Thorough understanding of the short-term insurance industry and products
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to handle conflict
  • Negotiation skills
