Junior Restaurant manager required for established upmarket Restaurant in Sandton. Looking for a candidate with 2+ years front of house and kitchen management experience. Formal hospitality / culinary or similar qualification beneficial. Candidates must be hardworking and have strong customer relations skills. Duties will include, general management, staff management, stock control, kitchen management, opening and closing procedures. Must be passionate about Restaurants and eager to learn.
