POSITION INFO:

Upmarket Restaurant in Somerset West in requiring the services of a permanent Junior Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must reside in the Somerset West area and be in possession of a valid drivers license
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• At least 2 years experience in a junior managerial position
• Knowledge of kitchen and restaurant standard operating procedures - Essential
• Experience in the kitchen - Essential
• Working knowledge of POS system, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong administrative ability
• Stock control and management advantageous
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment
• Ability to work shifts and weekends

Salary: Market Related
