This is an exiting opportunity for a Hunter type personality with a â€œcan doâ€ attitude that can actively develop new clients and grow existing accounts.

POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -

Minimum 1 years’ full cycle recruitment experience.
Valid Drivers’ License.
Own reliable car.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: -

“Hunter”-type personality with a “can do” attitude that can actively develop new clients and grow existing accounts.

Urgency, articulate, self-motivated, independent go-getter.
Structured, well organised and consistent performer.
Excellent communicator with distinct problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiator and objection-handler that can “think-on-your-feet”, offer suitable solutions and close the deal.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and highly people (client & candidate) focussed.
Strict deadline and target driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Marketing the Brand in a positive and professional manner.
Lead, drive, coordinate and conclude the recruitment process for client vacancies urgently.
