SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for a Candidate Consultant (must speak Afrikaans and English fluently) to join our dynamic team in Pretoria East.
This role will work very closely with the Director and consist of multiple tasks to assist with Quality and maximum output to our clients by sourcing quality candidates across all platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min Requirements:
  • Must be able to speak Afrikaans fluently.
  • 1-2 years recruitment experience required (Training will also be provided).
  • People skills and above-average communication skills to approach candidates pro-actively.
  • Driven with a Strong Sales Flair.
  • High Attention to detail.
 Job Description:
  • Searching for candidates on various search engines and matching candidates according to client requirements.
  • Telephonic screening of candidates
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Generating candidate shortlist.
  • Candidate database and record management - Complete personal portfolios with missing information/details and retrieve all relevant candidate information and documentation.
  • Regretting candidates in a professional mannerism.
  • Extensive research capabilities.
