Junior Recruiter – JHB - North
R7 000 pm + comm

An exciting opportunity has just opened to join the fast-paced industry of recruitment. We are looking for a target driven individual with exceptional negotiating skills to join a young and energetic team of high performers. This is an opportunity for you to show case your sales skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a junior recruiter you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Creating and publishing job ads
Sourcing candidates from various job portals
Screening ad responses to create a shortlist of suitable candidates
Interviewing candidates
Following up on candidate until the hiring process is completed
Conducting reference checks

The ideal candidate has:

3 years’ experience in sales environment
Matric
Basic computer knowledge
Cold calling experience
Excellent customer service skills

Basic salary plus uncapped commission and after 6 months in your role you get to enjoy a hybrid model that allows you to work from home.
