Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience would be highly beneficial
• Excellent telephone and administration skills – 70% of day will be spend on the phone – time management and multitasking skills is essential
• Sales orientated person (cold calling duties is non-negotiable, bringing in new business)
• The following industry experience will be beneficial: Hospitality, Events, Call Center and Retail
• The ideal person will have excellent listening skills, tech savviness and be a keen learner
• No job hoppers
• Must have a passion to work with and help people
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Full function Recruitment duties from start to finish (360 Recruitment)
• Updating systems and typing CV’s
• Bringing in new clients and establishing relationships
• Negotiating contracts.
• Â
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
• Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
• Organising interviews and selection events.
• Helping candidates prepare for interviews
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
