Requirements and Competencies:

• Matric Certificate / Grade 12.
• Degree /Diploma/Certificate in Psychology, HR or related field will be ab advantage.
• Experience working in the Recruitment Industry, minimum of 1 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
• Experience managing candidates through the full end to end recruitment process.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Capability to work to and meet demanding deadlines.
• Proven ability to organise and prioritise workload and detailed-orientated.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (communication over the phone and written (emails))
• Ability to be assertive with candidates and staff members.
• Fully Bilingual
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment of professional candidates for available vacancies.
• Responsible for following the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools.
• Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods are followed and frequent communication is deployed.
• Develop and update job specifications and advertisements.
• Prepare recruitment documents.
• Post jobs on appropriate job portals.
• Screening all CVs and job applications received.
• Short-list and interview potential candidates.
• Arrange and prepare candidates for interviews with the clients.
