JOB DESCRIPTION:

An opportunity has opened up for an individual to perfom the function of office secretarial duties within sales and admin division

The succesfull individual must be available to start in March 2022

ANSWERING THE SWITCHBOARD AND TRANSFERRING CALLS TO THE RELEVANT STAFF.
GREETING AND ASSISTING CUSTOMERS.
REPORTING OF SWITCHBOARD FAULTS.
ASSISTING SUPPLIERS, COURIERS AND OUTSOURCED SERVICES WHERE NECESSARY.
GENERAL FILING.
ANY OTHER WORK-RELATED DUTIES ASKED OF YOU BY MANAGEMENT.

Requirements

MINIMUM OF MATRIC OR TECHNICAL EQUIVALENT.
PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE.
COMPUTER LITERATE.
NEAT IN BOTH APPEARANCE AND WORK.
WORKS WELL WITH OTHERS IN AN OPEN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT.
MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM UNDER PRESSURE AND MEET DEADLINES.
