SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available and have that friendly voice and positive attitude to join our Client’s business based in Montague Gardens for a three month temporary contract?
This is a junior position for a young energetic all-rounder who is bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric, tertiary qualifications advantageous
Minimum 2 years Reception and Administration experience
Vibrant, well-groomed, and very articulate in both English and Afrikaans
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Accurate and eager to learn
DUTIES:
Answer the telephone and distribute all messages taken to staff via email
Dealing with visitors who arrive at the premises
Manage the administration and filing system
General administration duties
Arranging Couriers for delivery/ collection of samples
Liaising with Suppliers
Typing Quotes
Distribute the emails from the website to the various staff
Assist in all areas of the branch where needed
Salary: R8000 – 9 000 CTC, dependent on experience
