Receptionist required for an esteemed property company based in Milnerton who is available to start immediately!

Are you an enthusiastic and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate industry? My client who is a reputable Estate Agency based in Milnerton is seeking a motivated Receptionist / Administrator to join their AWESOME team.

This is a front of house position with varying duties including:

• Filing, answering calls, taking messages, assisting walk-ins.
• Ordering and uploading documents/leases/agreements to the cloud.
• Checking rental files at the end of the month & ensure documents are in their respective files.
• Chasing landlord and tenant for documents

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English
• Professional and presentable
• Excellent experience and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fully computer literate with high proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
• Accurate typing and data capturing skills.
• Good working knowledge of Social Media is required
• Experience and knowledge of PayProp
• Passionate about Admin who is methodical and can think you on your feet, think ahead and problem-solve.
• Responsible and accountable as the role requires opening and locking up of the office
• Prepared to learn and go the extra mile.
• Assist the Portfolio Manager as and when required.
