Junior Quantity Surveyor Brackenfell

POSITION INFO:
Qualification required:

  • B.Tech or B.Sc Quantity Surveying
Duties:
  • Organising all necessary subcontract documentation to draft subcontractor orders and appointments
  • Measure completed work for interim claims
  • Prepare interim monthly claims
  • Measure variation orders and contract instructions
  • Measure work for bulk material requisition
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants
  • Costing – Prepare monthly cost reports
  • Subcontractor Procurement
  • Subcontractor adjudication

Our Client is a Building Contractor who are currently expanding with current staff compliment and they focus on high end Residential building projects throughout the Northern Suburbs area of Cape Town
