Junior Property / Real Estate Receptionist (Milnerton, Cape Town) R6,500 – R8,000 PM

Receptionist required for an esteemed property company based in Milnerton who is available to start immediately!

Areyou an enthusiastic and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate industry? My client who is a reputable Estate Agency based in Milnerton is seeking a motivated Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their AWESOME team.

Skills & Experience Required:

Above average proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Suite
Excellent communication skills are required as you will be the first point of contact for the company’s clients. Therefore exceptional communication both verbal and written are essential as well as a friendly and professional demeanour.
Strong administrative and organizational skills to perform duties like keeping the reception area tidy, managing opening and closing office procedures and ordering essential supplies like stationery, cleaning materials, coffee, etc.
Very detail orientated and organized.
Rental management support – entails assisting the Rental Manager with monthly rental renewals and liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding maintenance issues. Experience in Payprop is an advantage.
Initiative, creativity and originality must be a natural attribute.
Database management & newsletters: keeping CRM system, Propdata, update to date and sending out newsletters to clients is part of your role.
Willingness to research and implement solutions.
Listing Management: you will be responsible for assisting in loading rental listings onto Propdata CRM which powers websites and marketing materials, printing borchures and window displays will also be part of your duties.
Presentable, neat and professional.
Punctual with excellent time management.
Friendly, diplomatic and professional.
Flexible / adaptable and open to change and improvements.
Work well in a team environment.
Able to work under pressure.
