SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Jnr Property Manager in the Menlyn area to join this dynamic corporate. This position requires someone with strong leasing and marketing experience within Student Accommodation.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Ensure buildings have a very high occupancy rate
Manage leasing agreements
Manage Google Live Sheets
Credit vetting tenants
Reserve rooms and allocate keys
When tenants vacate - reconcile accounts, collect kys, check damages, manage refunds
Ensure the building is clean, wifi working, house rules adhered to,
Set budgets and optimise rental collection
Manage electricity vouchers - moving credits, assist with wifi issues
Marketing and advertising - market research/surveys, load adverts monthly, multi media tv''''s: manage monthly notices, maintain reception tv''''s

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Experience with strong leasing and marketing experience within Student Accommodation
