A newly established property development organisation is seeking a Junior Property Accountant to join their exceptional team in Johannesburg CBD. The successful incumbent should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Accounting. If you are suitable for this role, please apply!

Qualifications:

• National senior certificate (NQF 4)
• BCom Degree or equivalent  
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Accounting

Job description & Skills:

• To process all the monthly books for accounts varying from balance sheets
• Specialisation in value added tax (VAT)
• Compilation of monthly and annual audits
• Managing all the accounting processes for the Body Corporate
• Variance reporting inclusive of analysis, budgeting and balance sheets.
• Conducting budgets and forecasts inclusive of annual and quarterly budgets
