BCom degree
3 property accounting experience

Advantageous:

Property Industry experience

Job description:

Reporting to the Financial Accountant and Group Financial Manager.
Processing the books up to balance sheet.
Processing VAT returns
Ensuring audit files are compiled correctly
Accounting for all body corporate
Reporting on variance of income statements
Preparing budget and forecasts
