Junior Project Manager

SUMMARY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager for one of our clients an industrial development sector to join their team in Cape Town - Ottery PERMANENT POSITION To start ASAP

POSITION INFO:

Must have the following Experience and Qualifications 

• Strong academic record at a leading university, or for more experienced candidates a strong track record in a business or consulting environment;
• Interested in developing South Africa’s real economy, with job creation at the heart of economic growth;
• Basic intuitive understanding of business strategy, market competition, industrialization, globalization and international trade;
• An interest in and affinity for business performance improvement methodologies, particularly in the manufacturing space;
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills;
• Ability to think and work independently, with a tendency to question the status quo;
• Excellent communication – comfortable presenting to an audience and facilitating workshops;
• Socially adaptable – comfortable shifting between a corporate and factory environment;
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have Honours degree in Economics or Development Studies
• Must have achieved a minimum aggregate of 60% at Honours level
• Drivers licence
