Junior Production Controller , Modderfontein

SUMMARY:
Junior Production Controller, Modderfontein region.   Reporting to: Warehouse Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Collect and sign Batch Manufacturing Records
• Create, release and closure of SAP process orders
• Check and Verify Batch Manufacturing Records reconciliations balance prior to close process order in SAP
• Communicate any batch reconciliation errors to Production Pharmacists
• Communicate production updates and errors to Manager on regular basis
• Production Stock Replenishment - Create Transfer Orders for Warehouse picking of raw materials, primary and secondary packaging as per batch manufactured, daily
• Update Raw material tracking schedule
• Update WIP tracker with finished goods
• Provide Financial analysis and support to management
• Create, maintain and update BOM’s & Recipes on the accounting system (ERP: SAP)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Prepare product costing analysis
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Immediately report any defects in the building, equipment, or any other safety concern

• Min Diploma/Degree in Cost Accounting
• Min 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• SAP Manufacturing Module experience
• Microsoft Office (excel, word)
• Ability to interpret and execute SOP’s and work instructions
• Command of the English language – written and spoken
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team
