This well-known product house is looking for a Junior trainer to join their team

Offer includes basic salary, car allowance and cell phone allowance

Key Function

• We are seeking a Junior Trainer who will work closely alongside the National Training Manager to ensure consistency in product knowledge
• Conduct daily training sessions to improve individual and organizational performance
• The trainer will provide on-site as well as on-line training sessions
• Report and analyse future training needs of therapists
• Present new products and information
• Student training

The main criterion’s for the role, in short:

• CIDESCO/ITEC Diploma or similar qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a salon/spa environment
• Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy required
• Able to work and cope under a pressurised environment
• Be proactive and able to work independently
• Fully computer literate: Power Point, Word, Excel, and Office. Ability to work with, draft and present necessary documents
• Certified assessor / moderator qualification would be advantageous, but not a condition
• Must have her own vehicle and driver’s license.
• Flexible to travel
