POSITION INFO:

CyberPro Consulting is looking for a product designer with 2-4 years experience. You will turn business requirements and customer insights into meticulously crafted digital products, paying careful attention to the user''s experience. You sweat the details and care a great deal about the quality of the final product.

What you’ll do

• Work collaboratively with other designers, product owners and business, applying Design Thinking methodologies to understand our customers and solve real-world problems
• Produce both low- and high-fidelity prototypes to test assumptions, ideas and define new features Ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product’s ongoing design and development
• Take ownership of features in product backlogs and work with the tech team to ensure high-quality, standards compliant output
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Design Systems
• Help us evangelise and scale holistic design as an integral part of business

Key Skills and Experience

• UI Design, using products like Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio showing your experience in Mobile and Web Design
• Knowledgeable in UX Design principles
• Prototyping both low and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma and Protopie
• Familiarity with Design Thinking Methodologies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
