POSITION INFO:

JOB PURPOSE

The Operational Administrator is responsible for all administrative and organizational support towards all procurement and connectivity tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations within their teams. She will handle their team purchase requests towards procurement and connectivity from the vendors, review and determine the best possible pricing or solution. She will create and maintain organizational skills as per the application and up-keeping of records. She will resolve queries, do follow-ups and provide feedback to the department Manager and Team Business Coordinator. She needs to keep up to date with stock levels on hand, track collections, and deliveries and ensure the correctness of order. This person must also maintain a good working relationship with our vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Relevant Tertiary Education
• 3 – 5 Years’ experience in a similar position
• Fully Bilingual
