JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job description

Strategic sourcing and negotiate deals with suppliers
Preparing product specifications for a wide range of product and commodities
Develop strong supplier relationship and performance with suitable key performance indicators
Negotiate quotations to improve prices with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings
Purchase goods, materials, chemicals, and components in line with cost, quality and delivery targets

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Matric
Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement
CIPS / MCIPS advantageous
Must be proficient on ERP Systems
3-5 years’ experience in supply chain within the Heavy Manufacturing environment
