Junior Process Analyst for Life Insurance - Enterprise, Risk & Innovation Division

SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic Life Assurer/Financial Services Provider based in the North of Johannesburg seeks to employ a Junior Process Analyst to join their Enterprise Risk and Innovation Team, reporting to the Team Leader - Specialist

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for business process management and improvement

Key Duties and Responsibilities (include but is not limited to):

• Analysis and documentation of business processes
• Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Define business process and activity SLA''''s
• Liaise with management to continuously evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
• Liaise with business analysts and give input to business process design and modelling
• Responsible for efficient business process monitoring and execution
• Administer user privileges and security
• Administer team systems
• Maintain process catalogue
• Audit processes to make sure they are executed according to the design
• Manage access control standards and processes
• Report and data analysis
• Security model
• Process monitoring
• Business domain models

Qualification

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant Tertiary qualification University Degree is preferable
• Relevant Bachelor''s Degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in this discipline
